Paper Summary: In this study, we explored school mental health providers’ preferences for key elements to include in proactive plans of care for coordinating school mental healthcare (N = 181 survey participants; N = 13 interview participants). Participants recommended school-based proactive plans of mental health care include specific intervention details, student goals, a team of supportive people with documentation of responsibilities, and a plan for progress monitoring and data collection, among other elements.
